Facility Management Requirement i.e. tentative requirements of areas for Engineering, Housekeeping, Gardening Staff and other support staff for facility management.
BOH Area requirement for Facilities like various Stores, Staff Facilities viz lockers, Cafeteria and other staff facilities.
Office requirements for Facility Management, Maintenance & Engineering and other such required spaces.
Food & Beverage Consultants
F & B Mapping: This includes suggestion on right number & mix of Food & Beverage Outlets/Restaurants, Size & Number of Kiosks/Stalls for the Food Court and designing the broader F & B concept in terms of style of restaurants, cuisines etc.
Food & Beverages Zoning: Location of F & B outlets, required seating for the outlets based on F & B Mapping.
MEP Requirement: As per the concept and various F & B Outlets, preliminary calculations on the various MEP Details such as Electrical, Water, Drainage, Gas & HVAC Requirement at Macro Level.

An Office complex spread over Seven Million Square feet having Multiple Parcels and Forty Thousand mixed population. This has been planed as a destination for outsiders along with the in-house population. It has right mix of Restaurants, Cafeterias and high energy F & B outlets, Mall and A Five-star Hotel.
Embassy Tech Village Sarjapur – Bangalore:
New Campus for Embassy being developed over Five Million square feet, consisting of a knowledge park, IT Buildings, 5 Star Hotel, Office Complex with F & B facilities like Food Courts, Employee Dining etc. The facility also has walk-in from outside.
